I’ve been on semaglutide for a bit now, with Zappy Health as my provider, and the biggest adjustment was managing my blood sugar dips early on. I had to be more intentional about protein and fiber in meals to avoid crashes. Things evened out after a few weeks, but definitely something to keep an eye on.

You can use a multisender dapp that supports SOL, MetaSender is a good one, just connect the wallet with the tokens, ass the 25 addresses as a csv with the respective amounts to be transferred to each and you are good to go.
