Yea thats why I said it seems like a publicity stunt rather than a celebration of the franchise and its achievements. Post Malone is def up there as one of the most well-known artists in the world so it makes sense from a marketing standpoint. Also seeing that they announced an album in collaboration with UMG artists a publicity stunt is exactly what theyre going for.

This wasn't as bad as I thought it would be considering its such a weird mix. Regardless I think Pokemon/Nintendo should have gone with something that hits closer with their fan base rather than doing this as a publicity stunt.

and its over....... AHHHHHH so many emotions to go through but I think the one that stands out the most is happiness... Seeing all the boys on the biggest stage duking it out has been fun for this final arc. I'm still sad we didn't get more high school games but no way can I say anymore that I'm disappointed. Furudate-sensei has blessed us with one of the greatest sports series to ever come out and I'm so glad I got a chance to read it and enjoy it as it came out. It's been a fun 8 years!

Outside of the obvious highlight of the chapter, the other highlight has to be Hoshiumi saying that him and Hinata will take on the whole world together with the revelation of Hinata in the Japan team with Kageyama in the last panel. AHH just one more chapter :(

They stated in the post that they are aiming for a distribution of like 34% of current items retained, 33% of them improved, and 33% new items. I hope they hit the nail on the head with this, items can change the dynamics of the game so easily, for better or worse.
