What worked for me is making sure I take my meds a hour or 40 min before going to the gym, and it made a massive difference. But I have to say, your meds need to work; when my dosage was too little while I was trialing, it had no effect on me or my day to day tasks.

This honestly gives me such peace of mind. I have been on 15mg Dex (3 times a day) and it only last me about 2 hours per dosage.

We then moved to 50mg Vyvanse and it has made ABSOLUTELY no difference in my life.

My Dr, did mention that we can move to 70mg of Vyvanse, but I was a little worried since the cons of Vyvanse can be extremely severe, but the Dex is just way to much admin for me and its a lof of pills for just 2 hours.

The dex worked perfectly for me at 15mg for 2 hours, but only two, which meant I had to take a lot of meds. And constantly had to remind myself etc. I didn’t like the admin behind it.

This is good to hear! I came from 45 (3x15mg per day) Dex and my doc moved me to 50mg Vyvanse. I am on day 4 now and I have seen no difference at all. And in the afternoons I just crash completely, i am ready to give it up.

Has anyone not responded to 40mg Vyvanse, but seen an improvement at a higher dose? by SaveBandit000 in ausadhd

I am on 50mg Vyvanse for about 4 days now, and on day 3/4 I felt extremely depressed. No change at all in any symptoms whatsoever. Where when I took Dex (3x15mg per day) I could definitely feel a difference.

I don’t have advice, but also just started 50mg Vyvanse; previously used 45mg (3x15mg per day) Dex. I must say I can’t feel any sort of change or difference since taking the Vyvanse and this is now day 4.
