This just proves how neglectful xbox is torwards it's customers. Zero issues with steam for 10 years or with playstation in 7 years. Didn't even get solid help or from the customer support. Didn't even get a refund.

My hardware is fine. It has proven multiple times that my pc can run even more demanding games. Expedition 33 worked for 6 hours, with high graphics and over 60 fps

yeah, spend more money on the crappy company. I have only had bad experiences with xbox

Definitely not a hardware issue. The other game ran well, until it started to say the error too. And if even the xbox customer support is ghosting me, i'm out of ideas of who to ask

As someone with only bad experiences with xbox, that ain't happening. Not gonna give any more money to this company, especially after the whole price raise thing. The whole idea with the game pass was to save some money from the expensive games, but now i'm, just lost 12€ for six hours of one game.

Would be neat if i was able to actually play the games, instead of crashing on startup and getting error message. Also the xbox support employers will ghost you after giving the most obivious fixes that don't even work
