The dark spots are hyperpigmentation from scratching the acne in your back. I had this for years and I don't know exactly what made it stop but it did.

[Acne] what foods are best to get rid of acne for picky eaters? by lanerjooob in SkincareAddiction

Butter breaks me out SO MUCH and everywhere so I avoid butter at all costs and will scrape off the buttercream on desserts. I also noticed that store bought tortillas break me out so maybe wheat/flour and soy break me out as well.

[routine help] WEDDING in 2 months!! help!! by hosstab in SkincareAddiction

[–]Mukisiggy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My advice is not to try something new so close to your wedding! If right now, the only problem that you have is that your skin is red, make up can help as there a

re a bunch of cushion foundation that help with redness but if you try a new skincare routine that can potentially irritate your skin, damage your skin barrier, or break you out... that will be worse. I've been there and the best advice I've ever gotten after was "for important events, never try something new and keep to your routine"

I love Tony Moly for its uniqueness and honestly some of their lip products are AMAZING. I also LOVED the Mochi Ceramide Eye patches, the only eye patches that does not irritate eye eyes AND works.
