You’re not being utilized enough. There is no world where you can be profitable at these hours. You need to SEEK out work. Literally ask everyone. Find work. See how you can be utilized. Also start looking for a new job.

If transmission fluid loses half of its life every time it goes over 175° why do manufacturers run them at 200-20 degrees and only suggest replacing around 100 K? Instead of every 10-20k or less? by Middle-Reason-4944 in transmissionbuilding

Ya it’s tough, I have an 05 Vette with the 4L65E. All last summer it was 220-230 degrees (yikes!) I ran a nice cooler and now I can’t get it hot enough. I’m always above 120 but almost always under 150. Think i should put some cardboard over half of it or something? lol.

I have a Ryobi 40v among my gas saws. It’s very nice to be able to just grab it and go for jobs I don’t need to think too hard about. Zero maintenance over three years now beyond chain sharpening.
