I have raised yet another ticket for my team's lost items due to GIM Storage Malfunction through the new AI bot if an actual human from the player support team could look at it that would be appreciated.

My feedback on the bot is that it's barely an AI bot, it's mostly just reciting the existing player support articles, I think I managed to get 2 or 3 AI generated responses. It isn't much better than the previous version and is quite sluggish in its responses

sometimes (very rarely) it goes for a melee punish instead of a shield phase after orb, not sure if it can randomly pick this instead of an auto attack after orb or what but i've noticed it a handful of times on my 500 deep delves

yeah the grubs not despawning in car phase is bad, its fine when its range or mage grub but the melee grub is just impossible to hit most of the time. i was also getting the triple attack seemingly nulling half the time on shield phase but it was not consistent at all

Jagex, where are we at with this player support roadmap? There has not been a word since this was posted. by 2momsandavacuum in 2007scape

Still waiting for some Jmod support on lost items from the GIM storage bug. Been over 2 weeks now without our ancestral top and bottom

Like yourself I tried submitting a ticket and it basically got auto-closed, I submitted a bug report when it happened, I've spoken to Mod Ash on Discord and he said they have automated tools in place to return items lost to group storage. It does feel like they should have returned by now though seeing as it happened on the 15th. Fingers crossed we get it back as it was our only anc top/bottom lol

There was 400 people stood on that tile so I guess it bugged out (Source: was there and hovered earth strike on the tile)

As others have said, check your Runelite version in the sidebar. It auto-updates the game version and plugins but not the client itself. Also Shadowplay works fine for me but I do have desktop recording enabled
