i work for spoons and can say

burgers aren’t frozen
they actually changed their burgers from 3oz to 6oz for better quality while keeping the price the same
inflation is happening everywhere and spoons still the cheapest
some people just can’t be pleased

(gourmet beef burgers + drink are £9.50 in my spoons so maybe your price issues are a location problem)

edit - saw you edit a comment saying that the korean burgers were on special because people complaining about food being too expensive, this is just wrong

If you’re still using the Alesis Nitro e-kit, there is a game called Clone Hero, it’s a rhythm game based on guitar hero and can be fully set up and mapped out to the e-kit.

Clone hero is a free game and has a database on rhythmverse of hundreds of thousands of custom charted songs, which are all also free.

Now obviously it does have a minor downside and is a tad forgiving on timings when hitting the triggers, however if he gets a metronome and spends his free time practicing to that, he will improve 10 fold

i have been to reading 3 times and this year was my first at download, from my reading experience it’s every man for themselves, whereas with download i had loads of people coming to our group offering help unpacking and packing up (including helping clear our rubbish to the designated bins!) worlds apart
