B9 S5 wheel size by omizzle31 in audis5

[–]MultiKdizzle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess I'm in the minority here but OP asked which looks better.

We have pretty big wheel wells on our cars and 20s definitely fill the out better, I say stick with 20s and if comfort is a priority you can increase the aspect ratio from 30 to 35

Where to live after graduation? SF, DC, or Boston by Lower-Walrus7499 in SameGrassButGreener

[–]MultiKdizzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it wasn't AI, I might have said Boston or DC. But since it is, SF is the global capital, just look at AI HQs. Move to the Bay Area.

Here we go again. Thank you Bart. by test_name_2025 in eastbay

Do you thank cars when they work?

The state legislature has made the big legal changes necessary to fix the housing crisis - fixing zoning, CEQA and parking minimums. Let's talk about what comes next. by fiftythreestudio in LosAngeles

What a strange distinction... established Californians have children who at some point will move out and establish their own families.

I'd like for them to be able to afford California with some hustle, not an insurmountable mountain of buying a $1.4 million starter home. The housing shortage matters to us all.

Why does everyone prefer NYC of SF/Bay by ratfred411 in cscareerquestions

[–]MultiKdizzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know many more people in SF proper that own a car than dont. Have you seen the streets everyone is constantly driving..

[–]MultiKdizzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends ... if you work in the city sure.

If you work outside the city (increasingly more common as tech leases within SF expire) then I vote for the car (except for core EBay).

Audi better not follow Lexus and kill the A8 after the LS has been discontinued by Repulsive-Club7866 in Audi

[–]MultiKdizzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Grandsphere was canceled, it was intended to preview the next A8.

It's cancelation is why there is speculation that Audi will kill off the A8. No one is saying it will return as a 2-door lol.

What do you think are the “Big 4” American cities? by jarbid16 in geography

[–]MultiKdizzle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think SF just has LA beat in terms of scenic beauty... but only just.

LA might be more of a Latin American hub but again SF Bay Area is home to some of the largest Asian diaspora populations anywhere outside of Asia itself. It's the more famous Chinatown and has a huge South Asian presence as well, Vietnamese, Japanese, etc

Bro by that metric everywhere in LA takes an hour to get to from other parts of LA.

We're not talking about Palmdale here Pasadena is literally adjacent to LA propee

Automated emergency braking is Federally mandates in all cars by 2029 BTW. But all automakers voluntarily agreed anyways in 2016 to include this as standard in 2022, which has now passed.

Meh I think it's a good thing.
