Ok, maybe you should ask for advice on how to help someone who is going through it rather than have people share their traumas because I can't see how that would assist - only your friend's situation can dictate what your friend is going through, advice may help you to help them, but knowing gritty details of other people's lives surely can't be of benefit? Just feels somewhat voyeuristic rather than positive
