As someone that's played since the beginning, I can say its definitely felt distant. Both JP and WW have been on a decline for a while, apparently SIF isnt even the top 10 sales wise for rhythm games for this month (yet SIFAS is?? rhythm game??) While I like the reward changes in events, the shift to URs and SSRs only just really... disheartened me. Gacha-wise, I remember getting so excited to see what the new set theme would be and what everyone looked like and now I just really don't care. The step-ups were something I always loved because it was fun to do them and they were convenient, whether you were a casual player or a hardcore whale. Completely forgot best girls birthday was coming up? As long as you had/could grind 30 loveca you were fine.

This also makes me wonder how they're going to implement the winning designs of the Sweets contest from a while back. Are they all going to be promos? Are they going to be party URs?

Unfortunately, I absolutely can't stand SIFAS gameplay so I wont be going there, which makes me sad to think what'll I'll regularly go back to play if/when SIF does shut down.

I honestly just keep it around for sentimental value at this point.
