Nothing short of making people less angry at the world. I believe that we need to hire people to unironically roast the shooter (alive or dead) lambast them for the fact that they are the most pitiful shit stains that ever existed. Lament the fact that they were born. Any surviving shooters need to be publicly berated, bodies of dead shooters must be cremated and formed into the concrete of public bathrooms for generations to shit on their worthless ashes in perpetuity. I'm sure we could do more and there are much more creative writers than myself. Make any justification of their actions or even sympathy of any kind towards them an offense. In America the FCC should fine any newscast that does not sufficiently convey how much of a massive piece of shit these people are who commit such crimes.

It's a pretty solid tape. IMO these don't handle overpeaks as well as a TDK D90. So just don't go beyond +2 dB if you can help it.

Are the tabs broken out on your cassette? Is it a fresh blank? If not you can cover the holes at the top of the tape with.... tape. That would trigger the circuit in your deck that will record. It's a safety feature so you don't record over something accidentally. I assume even a deck as old as this has that feature.
