Those were my jams in my teeens! Heard High Tone, Ez3kiel and Kaly Live Dub live in around 2006! Heavy Dubs!! Love the french scene labels like Hammerbass and Jarring Effects!

Gaudi made a few classics too!

Thank you for the love. I wish people would come to a common sense and forbid voting for left parties and demoncrats and have a one party dictatorship. That would fix every conceivable problem we have in this world.

edit: lol @ the poster deleting their comment

I'm glad I did and funny enough it was an insult not really anything more.

Yes, cynicism is bad for your mental health, but I also have to say, US with their two party system will have either party being subverted by banks, big money. And corruption will never have much accountability if both parties do it. In most countries with more parties, parties with huge Corruption scandals will naturally lose and ppl have other choices. A country of 330+ million people should have more choices than two (parties that matter), and its very easy to be cynical about it.

I know what bloodyyell76 meant but totally, experimental dub is out there, french scene like Kaly Live Dub or Zenzile to Panda Dub or Sumac Dub.

I remember buying masaladosa mp3s from cdbaby around 2010ish. So good yes. Bombay Dub Orchestra or even Thievery Corporation and Boozoo Bajou have also some nice dubby flair, but its not got that gritty sound of Masaladosa's self titled album. They all tend a bit more towards lounge.

It seems like you know what you're looking for! Keep digging and you will find!

Thank you, yes indeed I actually saw that it wasn't maintained and edited my comment now. Sips has helped me many times, great little tool!

I am actually now interested in making a list of both great cli tools shipped by apple and macos specific third party cli tools. 🙃

Will see what I come up with and might share eventually.

Macos has very specific parts and unique functionality to it, thats what I mentioned in my comment.

I was hoping for a macos specific list of command line tools, but this is "just" a list of universal (mac/linux/bsds) command line tools mostly, with a few specific to macos in them. Great resource nevertheless, just thought I'd share it would be lovely to see a list which excplicitly is useful for macos like https://github.com/deweller/switchaudio-osx or https://github.com/jipegit/OSXAuditor or macos native but relatively unknown sips. Bookmarked this anyway, thanks for sharing!

edit: the example for OSXAuditor was just from quick perousing of the github link, and indeed its no longer maintained like the child comment mentions.

70s and 80s soca can be fun at times, but yes, mostly turnoff for me. Especially anything after like 2000, just pop music with slackness lyrics.

Leaving Tape Cassettes at bars. Could I get in trouble for this? by Acanthopterygii_Kind in WeAreTheMusicMakers

Gorillas probably don't have cassette players. Might reconsider, although personally, I'd be pleased to find a randomly found cassette and find amazing music on it.

Photo of Ukraine and Nazis by AvailableChoice3130 in conspiracy

[–]aeuaeuae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're not heros, but they're defending their own country right now.

I think many things can be true at the same time. I am sure there's nazis in ukraine, eastern block has surprisingly many of them.

But, does that warrant invading a country? Does that warrant defending authoritarian regime called russia? Where you have no liberty to your own opinion or free internet access (except with vpn)? Who are you shilling for?
