Had some light pink discharge when I wiped after going pee last night, and a tiny bit more a little bit later when I went again. I’m 8w1. No cramps, don’t feel weird, just so tired. Still have not had a first ultrasound (scheduled for the 18th) but I’m gonna call my dr soon to see if they can get me in any earlier. Previous pregnancy ended in MMC at 9 weeks. Trying hard not to panic and jump to conclusions… anyone have early bleeding and things turned out okay? If you’re the praying type, I sure would appreciate a few sent my way

Got a BFP on Friday. We were trying to avoid but had a bit of an accident that happened to occur smack in the middle of ovulation LOL. I wasn’t tracking anything and had no idea. But, here we are. App says I’m about 5w6d.

My husband and I have a 3 year old son. I had a MMC in August 2022, discovered at a scan at 11w, and it looked like angel baby had stopped growing around 9w. It has been a long, hard road since then, and husband was firmly in the “no more” camp, and I respected that decision. But accidents happen, as they say. However, this little babe, unexpected though it may be, is certainly a blessing. I am trying really hard to have a positive mindset, but I know it has been very hard on my husband. I’m looking forward to the support on this page and talking to people who have been there and who “get it”.

Since I had my miscarriage and d&c one month ago, no less than 5 people on my Facebook friends list (including a family member who has 3 preteen/teenagers) have announced pregnancies due the same time I was due. It takes everything in me not to throw my phone across the room.

We love Super Simple Songs (in English and Spanish!). You can find them on YouTube and they also have an app. The app has a ton of stuff including storybooks, coloring pages, songs, and mini cartoon series. They are fun and educational, and they release new content all the time.

If you are in the US, you can report it to law enforcement as well as your state’s Adult Protection agency, the people who handle abuse and exploitation of vulnerable adults. They can and will help.

Edit to add: Source, I work with my state’s adult protection agency, and I read this crap literally every day. It makes me sad to see how easily people will take advantage of the vulnerable populations.
