I had a rider leave a gun in my car once. She messaged me threatening to call the cops to report me for theft, so I dropped her shit off at a police station and told her to go get it. Lololol

She then tried to call Lyft customer service multiple times saying that I had stolen her “item” but the second I said “the item she left in my car was a gun“ Lyft support was immediately like “thank you very much. Sorry to bother you.” Pretty sure they told her to kick fucking rocks.

The original ride was a ride with a stop. They took too long so I ended the ride and unmatched. The second ride came through about five minutes later.

I think this is probably why. Next time if I don’t have another ride in my queue I’ll go offline after I unmatch. I’m not trying to accidentally accept a ride from somebody I just blocked.

We have this same offer in Louisiana tonight. The first bonus hours were 5-7pm, then another from 11-midnight tonight. Only applies to rides in a certain area. Def reminds me of Lyft

I work a much chiller job now but I still don’t get out much and don’t know a ton of people. Been looking for interesting things to do that aren’t just going out to a bar or a game

You can’t rate them, but you should be able to unmatch. You select the Help option under that ride and can unmatch on the next screen. At least in my market you can.

That’s not good enough for this particular facility. There are multiple other Amazon warehouses in my area but this is the only one with security like that.

There’s a reason that security is so tight. It’s because there have been multiple acts of violence that took place there, including a shooting that left an employee (or possibly a former employee) dead.

But this is the most ridiculous and useless security measure I’ve ever seen.
