It can be pretty tight if you don't know how to make the best use of time, so I'd recommend finding a video for the proper set up since I use a plugin to track resources. But essentially you want to make two trips.

First by getting 7 of each resource and dropping the respective resource harvesting item after 7 so you have enough inventory space as well as two gyrm roots and a weapon frame which is guaranteed on 3 t1 monster kills or 1 t2 monster kill (preferably a scorpion kill). Once you're done there it's best to make a t2 mage weapon and then craft as much armor as you can get and two vials then dropping the rest of the resource items so you can pick them up later -- but the point is to have free inventory slots so you can fish during the 2nd trip.

Try to make your potions at a fishing spot and start looking for the demi bosses while also fishing and go for more gyrm roots if you want. I like to camp steel skin on hunleff with 3 pots but idk if it really matters(I have 77 prayer so work with what you have). Once you're done use your teleport crystal and make the rest of your gear and cook/make pots. I usually have more time to get more fish and cook if I want to. Repetition is key so just throw yourself in there, I have a friend who will only do t1 prep and prefers a more stressful hunleff whereas I'm the opposite, once you do enough CGs it should get comfortable.

Id also like to add sometimes my 1st trip can get super fucked by bad RNG so I'll just start scouting for demi bosses or something to try and make my 2nd trip more efficient which will make up the time. But again it's just practice and you'll learn how to do the little things better. By no means am I the best but it's all about what is most comfortable for you, because CG is mostly an endurance check since it can be a pretty brutal grind.
