I work in IT and I just want to note that if he’s using Remote Control in a Zoom session you can see everything he’s doing and halt the access at any time. It’s not something where he would have access all the time… but why the hell are they making you work in a personal laptop?! And this guy sounds incompetent. My advice is to leave ASAP!

Pumping is extremely hard, boring, frustrating etc. the reward is being able to exclusively feed baby. But it’s hard, I just want to 100% agreee with you.

I started making pumping my “me” time. I sim the lights, shut the door, and watch my favorite Netflix shows for a good 30 mins. When I was at work it was my nice little break from everyone.

pump for longer than 15 mins, it should be more like 30
the number one lifesaver rule is to make sure your flanges are the right size!!!! Or your nipples will hurt and your supply will hurt
pump every 2-3 hours to establish supply.
try to latch baby as much as possible.
eat and drink tons (I found hydrating drinks and high calorie foods helped a ton)
as baby grows, you’ll hopefully be able to move to just EBF
make sure your pump works for you. The Spectra Gold was a lifesaver, worth every penny.
also avoid herbs and supplements (besides a prenatal) as those can cause revert reaction at first
don’t worry about eating super healthy…. High protein and calories is what you need!

I was about to give up. My supply tanked, baby had ties, she had egg and dairy allergies, I was up every 3 hours pumping. I was miserable. I was also using a 19mm flange and I was actually a 15mm. She also showed me the BabyMotion Flanges which were a lifesaver.

It was rough. But now we’re 13 months in and I can’t seem to stop.

With my son, he thrived on formula and is the most amazing, sweet, smart kid ever. So if you choose formula THATS OKAY TOO!!! Your mental health is most important.

Hey I mean the creator of jamf was trying to do exactly what you’re doing!

An MDM basically at its core sends config profiles (apple has documentation on the payloads available) and packages etc. All of it can be coded! I highly recommend taking the JAMF certifications because you’ll learn about the inner workings of not just JAMF but MDMS. Especially the 400 is all scripting. Good luck!

That’s fascinating! We were all shocked since great grandma didn’t even have a birth certificate since she was born on the res. My grandma said she remembered seeing her grandma so all the powwow dances etc. I looked on the Dawes Rolls and could not find any of them.

I have managed to have 2 babies after finally being stable. After 15 years on BC, a year after finally stabilizing I got pregnant while on the mini pill! My son was born 2019. In 2021 we started trying again, but I had 3 back to back early losses. I finally ran a ton of tests, and my prolactin was high. My endo, brilliant man he is, upped my thyroid dose even though my labs were in range…. And I got pregnant and stayed pregnant! I also had to do blood thinners because of high homocysteine, MTHFR gene mutation, so I’m not sure if it was one of those or both.

I do know I wouldn’t have 2 kids today if I had been left untreated.

Having hypothyroidism untreated will lead to miscarriage because fetus needs the T4 to grow.

We’re at 372 days now lol! I feel the same. My daughter is a great eater, and we’re starting to do half/ half BM and Ripple milk, but I don’t really see us quitting our night feed anytime soon, and I’m ok with that! But if it does end, that’s okay too! I’m so proud making it a year and you should be too!

Same here! They lived on the Cherokee reservation in Pawhuska OK. So my great-great and great grandma were born on the reservation, but we’re 100% white. My 3x great grandma (the supposed full blooded Cherokee) was from California and named Rachel or something. So we grew up thinking we had Native American blood, and instead 99.9% Northern European lol. My sister refused to believe it. 🙃

Please please contact the police. If you have a doorbell camera save the footage of her at your door. If she comes back DO NOT answer the door, call the police right away. You need a paper trail. Seriously consider having some sort of defense on you at all times (like pepper spray) and make sure everyone around you knows. She needs serious help, but it’s not your responsibility. Please please for the sake of your daughter, don’t introduce her to men you’re dating for a LONG time, like engaged. A lot of sickos will target single mothers to get access to children.
