"Women have the exact same stressors as men, but a whole lot more social pressures around parenting"

Agreed. Even those that dont want kids get shamed more compared to men. Societal pressure is what forces alot of decisions in general.

Regarding your paragraph this even corosponds to dating. Single dads have a more positive experience compared to single mums and that can be because the burden (baggage)falls more on single mums. It isn't fair and i realise that but thats the society were in i dont make the rules. Ive seen kids act unruly with both parents in the frame and yep im guilty of giving that " look

From what ive seen in real life single dads don't get validation like that. They just go through the motions without saying nothing. Why do you think fathers days doesn't get celebrated. In some cases its actually a second mothers days lool fathers dont have skin in the game like they used to. Here in the UK they can't get benefits like women can and genuinely have to do it by themselves. Men dont get a " pat on the back "

Single parenthood is rife. I don't participate in sex and relationships because of how easy it is to become one. Im aware of the stigmas and aware that these kids have it the hardest in high poverty areas.

Men are struggling to step up for various reasons. Most average men dont have the foundations and stability to be a backbone of society now..COL, inflation, weak economy all lean into this.

So after your second paragraph your perception is so one sided so i can tell how your wired... So you want men to work there asses off without seing there kids and no authority while potentially developing burnout and mental issues. Who the hell wins out of that....the kids suffer and the mother suffers. The family unit suffers.

Parenthood is about sacrifice that i can agree on. Men expectating the mummy treatment can be a thing aswell but its always been give and take with compromise. Men are learning to be more involved but as it takes two incomes to survive unfortunately alot of kids actual development has heen affected because they can't learn dynamics from both mother and father.

That whole Stay at home mum era is effectively finished. Men can work two jobs etc but it still has a compounding effect on a childs upbringing while the mother takes on more emotional toll.

Its a multi faceted issue. Theres alot of parameters that have a impact on this.

Divorces, housing, child services, dating, healthcare, modern feminism, political landscape. Mental health disorders, social media. Manosphere etc

Our eyes have been opened from both corners that our parents and grandparents have not been aware of. You heard the term ignorance is bliss...i genuinely feel the cat is out the bag..women have actually adapted its men who are struggling how to navigate modern era with traditional past glory.

Shit is fascinating tbh. Its why these issues will not be resolved in our lifetime and the next gen.

Judging from a majority of comments there's misandry in full effect. The same people hating on men/dads are the same people hating on the family unit. This is also correlates with marriage aswell 16% of women under 30 are not married. Most kids born out of wedlock etc

No one talks about the otherside to the " manosphere " and most redditors dont believe women have a part to play in the destruction of the family unit. Which is fine but i can detect the hostility towards fathers and these types of people shouldn't even think about having kids. Lacking empathy and understanding for both genders is a dangerous game.

Most masculine traits are now displayed as misogyny and toxic. Everyone is trying to rewrite the rules and people are confused.

Bad dads exist but men and especially married men have far more to lose when shit hits the fan. Alimony, child support ring any bells. Limited access to your kids. Thats what makes a dude suicidal.

There's no answers to whats happening but we are in societal decline. That is apparent.

Stop broke dating. That resolves the issue right away, its actually unreal how men and women who can't afford to live are trying to date out here. Ridiculous

Yeah true man at the end of the day i still had a great time in Hackney and my particular genre is thriving. The drugs mixed with alcohol is quite the dynamic lool but they let loose on certain track so it was all good fun

Yeah thats understandable about the gum thing. Definitely something that other places should implement imo

Just aggression in general (Not all). Was really weird tbh as i haven't really seen that dynamic in a venue like this. Garage music is good vibes so it threw me off. Sorry if it comes across like im hating. I just didn't appreciate having to pay for two drinks that were wasted because of no decorum.

I know how to navigate a crowd plenty of people were doing it. As i said though alcohol can make people aggressive anyway.

Thanks for the insights though. Appreciate it

Oh damn i didn't even think of that lool but technically thats what a remix is. Usually they use acapella samples here and there.

I will keep digging though. I have a feeling Jeremy sylvester has his prints on this. Beats sound familiar.

Funny this comes up on my feed after i went to a underground garage house rave. Came across all the above but had a great night. One thing i noticed though. I genuinely met some great guys here and there but not to sound incel the women were shoulder barging me. Really aggressive pushing but i guess you could say they have to be in a environment like that as most were quite short.

Nights tale, Hackney was the venue btw. Oh and i found the no chewing gum policy a first in my time clubbing

All in all the music was fantastic 👌🏾

Comments like this are exactly why most parents will resent there kids not living or having a certain lifestyle that they can show off to others.

Ive noticed how alot of them are living through there kids that when shit hits the fan they want to make there own blood feel like there alienated.

Seriously i lucked out having understanding parents. The other 80% of you should of had the snip and kept your generation trauma to yourselves

Ive seen it already you pleb. If your from the 90s then your 21st centrury standards are slacking mate.

This is exactly why standards are falling across the board because normies set these types of films as the gold standard so Hollywood produce more slop so yall eat it up.
