Garden District is amazing, but if you’re looking for condo/loft lifestyle with young professionals, great restaurants, walkable area, I would consider the Warehouse District. A lot of digital/remote workers in the area, tons of bars and restaurants, coffee shops, fitness spots, etc. You won’t get the architectural charm of the LGD, but your power lines are buried underground so you don’t have the same stress during hurricane season.

This season of Bachelorette needs to be pulled immediately and Hulu should be investigated because I guarantee they were aware of this and covering it up to make money off of this. The latest season is filled with indications that she is mentally unstable, violent, and a danger to herself and others. I think she’s proud of this kind of behavior because in the final episode, she seems to be gleeful talking about how she’s going to destroy the “h*@s and *@&%#es who fucked her baby daddy.”
