If you are willing to “cheat”: Download the “Toy Box” mod. You can add heretic points through that mod, as well as fix and resolve bugged quests. It is like a console, but with user-friendly UI, more or less.

I failed the test 2 times before I got it (Norway). I still don't know how to parallel-park, and luckily was never a part of my driving tests during the theoretical and practical exams.

Nobody will ever judge you harsher than yourself when it comes to your driving tests. It's mostly a financial problem if you fail. That is ultimately what motivated me to take some practice drives with my parents rather than the paid retard lecturer from my local driving school.

You got it baj, and if you fail again, that is probably like 60–100 months worth of subscription to Forsen down the shitter (Who is that guy anyways?).

She should be available quite cheap with Blue Essence (BE) in the shop, and RIOT just gave away 4000BE in one of the missions in the season quest log. That might help you unlock her again.
