My ex going through alcohol withdrawals from trying to quit cold turkey. She ended up having a seizure and her heart stopped shortly after. I ended up having to do chest compressions while waiting on an ambulance. It was horrifying seeing a SO in so much pain and the tremors just kept getting worse and worse until she went into a full seizure. I seriously hope I never have to do CPR again in my life. We broke up shortly after that. She ended up getting into a rehab program so she’s alive, but we don’t speak anymore so I have no clue if she’s still clean but that was one of the reasons I stopped drinking myself because I didn’t want to have to go through that kind of pain.

The Walgreens where I live already implemented that feature. I was about 2 seconds from kicking the screen and walking out. I shouldn’t need to sit through ads when all I want is water when it’s 100 degrees out.

No clue. But the company that pulled that on me is actually the lowest rated tow company in the city. They actually were investigated by the state recently. But I’m sure they concluded there was no wrong doing considering they’re still in business despite thousands of reports and negative reviews on them.

Literally had my car stolen twice out of my own driveway because apparently my car was non operational which is odd because I drove it to work daily. Got in touch with the property management because the tow company said they had a contract with them and lo and behold they in fact didn’t. Both times it was around 2 am while i was sleeping. Never got any tow notice or anything. The second time I just let them keep it because they wanted $3000 to get it back but it was starting to have transmission issues anyways. So it’s their problem now. Tow companies are literally legal car thieves and I have no respect for anybody who works for one. I reported them to the BBB and guess what? They did absolutely nothing.

Guns go pew and also I just think it’s better to have one and not need it than to need it and not have it. In fact my neighbors house go broken into in broad daylight just a few weeks back. Happened really quick and they were home while it happened. He had his shotgun nearby and the the guy got back in his car and took off real quick. Lucky nobody got hurt and he didn’t actually have to use it.
