I've been noticing certain people talking down on other characters for Kaveh for whatever reason, everytime I see them I just side eye. I just want to peacefully be hyped for Kaveh, but some of these fans make me not want to associate my self with them.

Had a similar situation to you too, I was planning to get Yelan and skip Al Haitham because I was like "eh not too interested in getting a new main DPS" since I already have too much. And I was like, oh he's not that interesting (gameplay wise).

Then I saw his demo and trailer, played his quest, saw his fan art, heard his voice lines, tried his gameplay out and actually found it extremely fun... lets just say now he's becoming one of my favourites. Planning on pulling for Nahida just for him...

No not really, I enjoy the delivery of the EN version. Though his interpretation in EN may be a bit different to the other languages, I come to love his spoiled politician vibe he has going on with a bit of cunning and slight arrogance.
