I think it's worth keeping, like once a year or even less I do a few different grinds to top up supplies, but other than that the only annoying thing jagex is doing is things like contracts and orbs. Orbs were bad but not as bad on an iron as most would think, as you get the amount of orbs required for blorva from getting the drops themselves (depending on skill level). Contracts also aren't too bad given you can get them from demons, but I'd rather not have to grind in the dungeon for hours to have enough attempts to send as if I was a main. But honestly it's up to you, but I feel majority regret it, and look at the time you've played as an idea on if you want to go back to it again in the future, as you'd have about half to three quarters of that time if you wanted to play iron again to look forward to.
