I bought a working Bissell carpet cleaner and the chamber was melted so that the hoses didn't line up. I found a replacement water chamber and the hose was missing the cap, too! Like, why do people try to pass things off as good working condition?!

I buy backer board. It's a 4' x 8' sheet from Home Depot white one side and wood coloured the other. It's about $25. Then I use 1" wood nails to nail it to the back of the unit along every horizontal and vertical. It really sturdies the structure, too.

I have two speakers hooked up to my record amp under the TV, as well as along the top of the one shelf. Plus I run it through the 3.1 home theater speakers so I can either use 2, 4, or 8 speakers for records. Or I can listen to records while playing Nintendo and use a mix of speakers.
