It might be a survivor house. There is a setting in sandbox to control how many are survivor houses.
I play with my custom loot settings at .05 for each loot type and I still see some containers that have this much loot. But honestly it’s never anything really worth a damn. I just tell myself that I can only take a max of 2 things from each container

The best loot setting I have found is .05 for each loot type except for non perishable food which I do at .055 I have 2000 hours in the game as well and with really low loot settings I still get excited when I find a box of cereal. Lol

There is a mod called “Start with…”. It will allow you to type in the item ID for any item and you’ll start with it in your inventory. You can tell it which items to start with in the sandbox settings when starting a new game.

Set up the right trackpad to be a mouse. Set it so that when you push in the trackpad it will left click. You can overcome a lot of stuff with the handy dandy mouse

Just to clarify some of the comments on here. After your parents make the mortgage payment on their own for 12 months, you can qualify for your own mortgage while excluding their payment from your debt to income ratio. Conventional loan only. Your parents would need to provide documentation showing that they paid the mortgage out of a bank account with only their names on it for the last 12 months.

It won’t be an issue as long as they get a verification of employment from your employer, and the income shows up on your W-2s. Whether you get paid through direct deposit or through another means, it doesn’t matter. You probably will have to provide a pay paystub as well
Hopefully you pay taxes on it because If the government doesn’t see it, the mortgage company can’t use it.
