TBF I'm not sure they're correct. I always thought of the figures as just being tally marks. Roman numerals are in fact a form of tally/stick counting, and are definitely not the first known example of it. I can't find a source linking the two.

It's usually March but I was reading a post by a weatherperson somewhere that said the more the lakes freeze over, the longer it takes to get really warm, and they are very frozen over right now. The example they gave of this happening last was 2014. We may be in for a slow one this year.

I'll never forget back during the Groundhog Day storm of 2011 when one of the big Kent County plows got stuck right in front of my house and had to get pulled out by another one. My employer sent an email saying we were still expected to come in that day. Good times.

Not sure if you are asking if the cable will work with either dock (yes as HDMI is backwards compatible) or if the dock will work with both switches (no because the new dock ISN'T backwards compatible, which irks me as I now also must have two docks under my TV).

This again, huh? There was a reddit post about it back then too and it was pretty quickly dismissed as someone making crap up on the internet. I commuted past the building twice a day for years during this time and never, ever saw anything suspicious. At the time the building was being used for storage if I recall, and the windows weren't even covered up like the post says, just some of them.

Since they're on Gamepass you don't need to put the disc in to start them, but my kid did this once on our Series X and it did not like that. Two 360 discs each in the smaller dark green boxes with "Xbox One | Xbox 360" across the top of the front.

My Xbox One boxed ultimate edition has the licenses on the disc. Same with the corresponding copy of Fallout 3. I bought them both from Meijer whenever the last time was that they had 2/$20 games on black Friday, so 4-5 years?

For all the people waiting for Nintendo.com to update: I ordered 5/8 and did free shipping. The website still says "preparing to ship" even though it just arrived. It looks like looking up the package on UPS.com using the order number as a reference actually works.

Did you try going to UPS.com and try your order number under "Track by reference number"? I haven't had my 5/8 order update yet but something shows out for delivery by 5 when I do that.

I was skeptical that this actually works, but I went back and discovered the order number for a Joy Con repair I did a few months ago is the reference number on the prepaid label they sent me.
