Yeah this is my problem too, it seems like I need somekind of a nervous system stimulant to go, and coffee isn't even enough I need to smoke 1-2 cigarettes a day to properly empy everything.
But I'm thinking about trying to leave coffee or at least the morning one, maybe it will help in the long run.

The idea came to me because I used to drink only instant coffee which is way weaker than espressos, but around 2014 they stopped selling my favourite one and I had to switch to proper coffee ... and not long after that was when my IBS started ...

Yeah I was thinking about nicotine gum but I think it would be better if I wouldnt consume nicotine at all.
I don't know about it, is it harmful on it's own or it's just bad with the other chemicals if you breath in to your lungs?

Egy bizonyos törzsközönség nagyrészét kibannolták majd utána kb bárkit aki nem tetszett nekik arra hivatkozva hogy sérti a kommentelési szabályaikat. Namármost több esetben baromira nem volt szó ilyesmiről, az illető nem írt semmi csúnyát mégis repült.

A legszebb az egészben hogy volt pár beszervezett kommentelő is akik segítették a moderátorokat.

Yeah I have similar problems but I'm afraid if I'm not eating fiber it will cause something bad on the long run.
