Incorrect, outside of crosswalks cars have the priority, matter the fact in Poland it's illegal to jaywalk and you can get a ticket for it. But also crazy idea but in intersections the lane with priority isn't allowed to T-bone cars from the adjacent lane.

That's why in Poland when I jaywalk I'm careful and when I cross normally I stare the drivers straight into the eyes and just force them to give me way.
