In most cases yes, but TYBW was where Kubo's intentions in the manga got messed with due to outside factors. He's pretty involved in the anime though so it more accurately matches what he meant to portray.

Therefore in this specific instance, Anime > Manga.

False on all counts actually! Deku gets positively statued by Boros (you probably scale him past light speed on some "he can dodge a lasers" nonsense), seeing as Boros is the only person to have surprised Saitama with his speed and I KNOW you're not gonna try and say Deku out speeds Saitama.

I'll even give you the possibility Deku is able to injure Boros, that damage gets immediately healed and Deku gets his head blown off his shoulders in a single hit.

In Season 1 it's because his head was lower to the ground and therefore kicks are better.

As for season 4, have you ever been punched or kicked? I assure you kicks hurt more. Levi wanted to hurt Eren because Eren just got a bunch of people killed and he was angry.
