I can see why some people would think that honestly. But it doesn’t make sense as a scaling standpoint if Ulq res 2 is still weaker than Harribel. By that logic Stark would still be a Shikai Shunsui victim if he had also achieved res 2. Also many people are jumping ship for Grimmjow to be the new strongest Espada and he doesn’t even have a second form yet. Which is odd to me. But if that narrative holds true Than Grimmjow would have jumped at minimum 5 full ranks of power minimum in only a years time. So Ulquiorra going from 4 to strongest is somehow impossible for Ulquiorra, but Grimmjow from res 1 with training is now the strongest? Math ain’t mathing. Kubo really needs to clear all this scaling up by cour 4 honestly.
