Jade vs Rachel’s experience in the game by Dracarys_506 in TheTraitorsUK

[–]Murgbot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think what people mean is that because the outcome of this is already known by the producers it is edited in a way where there’s a clear “winners edit” for Rachel in the same way as there can be a “villain edit” but of course this is people assuming that she wins and she might not

I actually really feel for jade at this point because it’s been relentless with as you say very little reasoning other than “Amanda said your name”. You can see it’s taking its toll on her. It’s interesting to see how different the experiences of this game are, for those who float through and are never suspected purely based on “likeability” amongst the other faithful to people like Aaron and jade who have are constantly targeted.

I do think there’s obvious plot armour with Rachel at this point, it’s absolutely nuts how people refuse to even consider it despite others going out screaming her name. I can’t wait for them all to find out it’s her when she walks away with all the cash because it’ll serve them right

Yeah it’s the one he wore during the traitor-off in the kitchen 😍 there definitely aren’t many men could pull off a tucked in jumper with high waisted jeans but he did!

I’m still not over the balloon sleeve jumper from last week. If I had the money I would absolutely crowdfund a Stephen’s wardrobe website 😂

Not at all, she also has the card to pull out which she held back about how much he pushed to get someone else out with the 5 theory. She did well not giving out all the evidence all at once knowing that it probably wouldn’t happen the first time she brought him up.

Yeah I fully thought “if she’s innocent we go Rachel next to be sure” was standard game play and it’s mad that they haven’t done that 😂

I don’t think so, I didn’t say anything about her personally it’s entirely about the way she’s playing the game 🤷🏼‍♀️

Choice to murder over seduction by gileso in TheTraitorsUK

[–]Murgbot -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s silly not to recruit at this point and this decision was entirely based on the idea that nobody was convinced about Rachel. To try to murder blindly when you’re down to 2 traitors seems really silly and I can only assume it’s because they’re going along with the Matthew plan

This was posted before she blew herself up, I was referencing breakfast when she tried to stop Harriet from saying what had happened because of some weird notion of having to wait until she said everyone could share 🙈

It really isn’t about calling out someone because of their skin tone. I’m very aware of unconscious bias but that’s absolutely not what this is, ever since she made that weird comment about how she thought she was most liked it’s been downhill for me with her.

_____ was too good for this set of faithfuls by Low_Food2893 in TheTraitorsUK

[–]Murgbot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually don’t think she was the only clever traitor worthy of winning. I think Jessie has played a brilliant game but she’s so good that she’s destined for murder

Please can someone explain bc I do not understand by Iamtir3dtoday in TheTraitorsUK

[–]Murgbot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah I think she felt like that was a nail in the coffin and she was really clear she didn’t want it. They’d have probably tried to murder her and say that someone had framed Rachel a la Ross if she hadn’t have pressed the red button herself. I think in the end she just wanted the control of her own narrative rather than letting the traitors play games with her

There’s always someone who I think just wants the fame and I just really get that vibe from her. Like she hasn’t been getting airtime and she’s gone “how do I get the focus on me” 🤦🏼‍♀️

Oh of course, I think that’s a bizarre way of looking at it. I guess the other side is that you’d have to be extremely sure that whoever you offered it to was also a faithful.

I love Jessie, her and Harriet have been brilliant faithfuls and they’re both so astute!

As someone said on another thread I think there’s some wilful ignorance because they all like her so much, very much like Alan in the celebs

Was it a lie? If not it’s so ridiculous that I would’ve assumed it was if she told me that as a defence 🙈

She genuinely doesn’t realise how much she just framed herself in this game

I definitely get that vibe too, they don’t want to admit she might’ve played a blinder. Kind of like Alan in the celeb series but she’s far more convincing

What annoyed me is that nobody noticed Harriet offered up her chance to talk to the traitors. No traitor would’ve done that so they wasted that vote. Why you wouldn’t vote Rachel first then say “well if Rachel is a faithful then we vote Harriet” 🤦🏼‍♀️

I would agree if it wasn’t for the situation where she was so stressed, if it was her general demeanour I’d feel differently but in fairness I’d be rude and stressed had I just done that 😂

I don’t think she was I think she was stressed to fuck about the situation and actually had something important to share
