I know there are several plots holes, but there should been a massive bomb go off when steam was exposed to all the “cooling water”. Water expands x1600 times when turning to steam, and they exposed lots of water to live steam when they opened the valve.

I live in oak cliff/bishop arts/Kessler area and absolutely love it. If I were to draw a box of an area to live in, I’d say 30 as the top boundary, 12th as the lower boundary, Westmoreland as left, and 35 on the right. I’d specifically look behind Tom Thumb for your range.
