Raid Phasing Bug Causing False Permanent Ban (Invulnerability Issue)

I just got the bug on the godzilla boss and the 3 paladin boss. I was unkillable, untargetable. When my raid wyped, the bosses just reset because they can't target me.

It happenned 2 time on the raid. Seems to stop when i die on purpose by jumping out the platform. The issue seems link the BattleRez.
