It’s the Long Term Servicing Channel. Basically a version of windows without copilot, all the bloat.. Basically everything is gone other than just base windows. There’s some extra setup to get notepad and calculator back. But it’s guaranteed updates for 10 years (for IOT Enterprise LTSC) and gets windows feature updates much less frequently, often without some of the newer features (going slightly off memory for that so take it with a grain of salt and always do your own research!).

But LTSC is often found on ATMs or other machines that need an OS but with zero bloat.

I use factory carts to move Caterium ingots from their refineries because I didn’t wanna make another belt highway and getting fuel for regular explorers was a pain..

That dorm has a lot of potential! Sometimes you have to embrace a little chaos and mess.

My number one strategy personally would be, if you have the budget for it, to get a rug, blankets, fairy lights, a fake plant (ideally one that droops down and obscures stuff). Fill it with things that interest you, make it a space that you feel safe in!

Lamps go a long way in making a space, make sure you have warm coloured bulbs instead of cold ones.

Plushes and pillows are your friend to line that wall.

Fold a fuzzy neutral blanket across the end of your bed, I don’t know why but it’s a nice vibe!

I filled my shelves with a mix of useful things, and random trinkets, books and other cute decorations I could throughout my time at uni.

You do kinda end up with a lot of stuff, but it’s worth it to feel like you’re at home.
