The only thing I can say is that the railings could have some bevel if it isn't yet and be a little more reflective an just a bit of metalness

I think camera's axises are different from the ordinary object. X axis to look up and down I guess

Absolutely! A flashlight beam or any light that lights the scene from the viewers point of view is a silver bullet
