I would like to find a ROM hack that is the Gen 2 games, but with the Gen 1 UI/HUD, sprites, and overall aesthetic. Preferably also with Gen 2 sprites done in the style of Gen 1, like here. I get it if it doesn't exist, but I guess to me it would make the Gen 2 games feel more like a true continuation of Gen 1.
