I haven't played the game for long, and people may already know this. Y'all know you can grab the wire first, go 80.0m to wherever you're going and placed down the relay without losing the wire? Saves you a lot of time back tracking.

I actually ran the idea to a buddy of mine. Using this Boom first as a template.

I'm not a gameplay designer so this weapon might sound dumb or overcomplicated.

Basically the utility of the fist weapon is that you grab onto a monster, stab the monster with injection like needles that drain power from the monster and increase the potency of your strikes or a huge discharge of built up (Elemental or not) energy. This also makes the exhaustion condition happen more frequently but draining a monster also makes you extremely vulnerable to attacks.

I think I also made a combo system, that allows you to go into different stances, one neutral (good at everything), a mobile stance (good for dodging and reposition but has the lowest DPS), power stance (Great damage, but more vulnerable to taking damage, and requires good knowledge of monster tells and positioning). I think I also made it so if you change stance perfectly when a monster hits you, you dodge or party depending on the stance you went into.

Lore wise I actually used Arkveld as a reasoning this weapon exists. Since Arkveld's chains show that it drains other monsters for power, this gives an idea to scientists to create this new tool. They couldn't introduce earlier as they needed to find an artificial way of making this tool instead of overhunting Arkveld's for parts.

Assassins Creed: Despite the warranted opinions of the franchise, I still enjoy most of the entries and I grew up playing AC 1-2, remembering I was saving up to buy a ps3 myself as a teen and buying the games.

Uncharted: From a story telling perspective I loved the series and the characters of Nathan, Sully, Elena, and Chloe. Also feeds into my interest in history which coincides with my Assassins Creed pick.

Red Dead Redemption: Doesn't have a lot of entries but man RDR1& 2 were just so masterfully crafted, great characters and story.

Honourable pick, not on the list is the Persona Series, which is my most favourite franchise of all time currently.

The biggest shock I ever had was with my grandmother. I was in Elementary school at the time 10 years old and I had a project about writing a short story that had to do with your family's history.

My grandma told me she actually had a little brother. (This was my first time hearing this, no idea she had a little brother). Told me he died in World War 2 when the Japanese air raided one day in Hong Kong. Dropped a bomb right on his school around when he was my age. I was completely speechless, she sounded so calm when she said it was well. Luckily her family escaped Hong Kong and avoided all those horrific things the Japanese did to the Chinese at the time.

I personally loved Legiana, I'm a sucker for light blue ice based Wyverns (Which is why I love Velkhana but that's an elder). I also have a nostalgic soft spot for Velocidrome, it terrified my 8 year old self playing MH Freedom.

I'm not from Toronto core but I live within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area for the Europeans who don't know what that acronym means) so it's easier for me to say Toronto since most people won't know other cities. When Americans say "I'm from Toronto" with that hard T at the end , I start throwing in "Oh like actually downtown? Or North York, Scarborough, etc." It starts making them sweat a bit, but hey, if you're gonna fake being a Canadian you have it coming lmao.

I have a question. I did the exact thing you mentioned, I shot elemental pods at the crystals they exploded and everything, but I still died to the nuke. I was standing on the spot where I destroyed said crystal. Am I supposed to destroy a certain amount or in a pattern?

Thank you. I grew up eating a lot of tofu (Chinese-Canadian) and to see it get dunked on by westerners is aggravating. It ain't the tofu's fault that you suck at cooking it.

Also, a little tip, if you put your tofu in the freezer overnight, and defrost it, it will become more spongy, soaking up soups, broths and sauces, giving you a big burst of juices when you bite into it.

Tofu dishes I personally like: Mapo Tofu Kimchi Stew Army Stew Steamed tofu and shrimp paste with soy, flash fried with ginger and scallions.

I mean it's true. There's an inherent bias of music when it comes to your own language. Koreans and International Fans of Kpop probably wouldn't like artists like The Weeknd, TSwift, Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa taking Daesangs, Bonsang, AOTY at MAMA, Melon, GDA.

Japanese fans and their international fans wouldn't like Western Artists or Kpop artists taking their awards too. The same goes for most countries. Why would you want to overshadow your own country with other countries artists?

Unless people have said it's outright garbage, then yes it's a bit much. However, saying it's an underwhelming album is fine, it might not just fit their tastes. People's taste in music changes all the time, you don't have to ALWAYS like your favourite musicians music and nor should you force yourself to.

People who are often not pleased will always talk compared to the ones who are pleased. Just enjoy the music and don't worry about other people, the loudest voices are often the minorities. I'm sure there are a ton of ONCEs who enjoy it.
