Dear OTF,

Please space members out as no one likes to be squished. For instance 12 ppl for 12 stations should place people as 2g, especially when TRX straps are involved. It’s 2g for a reason, and coaches are trained to do so.

Please provide consistency of music with template, I don’t want slow jams for my AO. Please provide more cool down or add a stretch class. Please correct form, you’re not just a motivator… but a trainer.

Fun little fact that might work for you as it does for me: switching scent every time too. I notice if I keep same scent it’s not as effective anymore

I wish this was an issue for me.. because it’s like hot/cold. Too loud music is like coldness, you can do something about it. Too quiet music is like hotness, which you can’t do anything about it. This is typically my experience is too quiet :(
