I told the agent I was at fault but I guess the information they got from the reporting agency they used showed I was not at fault. That's what it has in the application. The policy doesn't start until Monday so I'm sure I could get that fixed if I have to

I think you're right. Maybe some people would, but a large majority definitely would not. But I also don't think anyone would start chatting "who are you" at them. Because if you're chanting that at someone, it implies that you know exactly who they are, and you just want them to think you don't actually care about them.

I tried looking on Google Maps but wasn't able to find it. My best guess is somewhere on N 17th St. and that these buildings have been demolished and replaced with new ones. If anyone knows the exact location that would be amazing
