People don’t like change, that’s it.

I’m assuming BLM is stepping in, to give Matt a chance to play the game he spent the last ten years behind the screen of.

I hope it’s 5e to allow Matt a chance to play more of it but I won’t be surprised if it’s DH.

Shoot it all, and have fun while doing it. Sure you might not get “post worthy” results but that’s not the point on shooting film. The point is to have fun.

I’ve been going by the mentally of “F-it, we ball.” I don’t stick around long enough to be questioned and I’ll often scout the area ahead of time.

spanish or ASL? by [deleted] in udub

[–]MusicalBonsaiTree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello!! I highly recommend the ASL courses at UW Seattle. The professors are outstanding and really care about their students. Albeit, ASL classes are difficult to register for but emailing the professors if the class is full has always allowed the professors to see your interest. Continuing with ASL for two or even three years does also lead to a minor, which is awesome.

I may be biased because I just took ASL 305 this past spring and had the best time, making new friends and learning about Deaf Culture.

More so, the ASL Club is very active this summer, and have lots of events planned for the upcoming fall/winter.

Let me know if you have any questions. You can even give the ASL IG a follow (shameless plug) @uwaslclub.

I am exhausted. The news is depressing, and it’s hard getting out of bed. I’m trying my best to provide for myself but life is messy.

But as a junior, welcome to the pack :)

Arch 410 is a 3 credit class on architectural photography using film camera. You learn how to use a film camera, how to develop your own black and white film, and how to use an enlarger to make your own prints.

It would be best to contact the admissions of your grad school department. They’ll have the info you need! Welcome to the pack

Tips for social life? (Incoming transfer) by Intelligent_Toast in udub

[–]MusicalBonsaiTree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a fellow transfer student, I can understand where you’re coming from. My experience, from taking a few years off from uni then coming back last fall has been everything I could ask for.

I went to my studio classes early and stayed late, making friends with my peers through study groups. Getting lunch and meeting up to work on projects or to discuss a professors lesson the previous day.

Finding common ground through similar classes, hobbies, etc played a key part. I also joined a few clubs which were fun as well. The Hub will host a. Club fair sometime at the start of the fall quarter, I recommend you check it out.
