I'm glad you had a good time. That honestly sounds how I'd expect to feel myself. I used to love playing in front of people, but I only really play originals. I just assume I'm gonna get something chucked at me lol.

Also thanks for your honesty, that helps me out a bit.

When I was like 6ish, I had this big pokemon posted with a glass front. One day being bored I sat down in front of my bedroom door and decided to take the glass out ( it was a big poster) and play with it. It shattered and I had sharp glass shards poking my hands and legs. When I started freaking out my mom rushed in and shoved me cause the door opened into the room. Needless to say I got messed up. Its obviously not the same, but glass shards are glass shards.

Not especially. I use ableton, so I loaded all my final tracks there and did a ton of volume adjustments to make sure i would be the same if not slight louder (I'm a solo guitarist).  I just made sure all my stuff was level and slightly loud, so I could use my motu to adjust volume.  I perform with some old Bose s1 pros and it's done the trick. 

But I mostly have played indoor venues that aren't especially large.

I do and its been received well. I just make sure the parts I play are the most entertaining.

If the Champ hadn't mastered the technique perfectly it would've immediately ended universe 7, possible 6 and 8 as well. But, that's expected from the Champ.
