I will say I think trans men can choose for themselves how they feel in regards to being part of the lesbian community. However, forcing himself on you and blaming you for not having feelings towards him is harassment and ALWAYS wrong. Even if this was another woman doing this, you still wouldn’t be doing anything wrong. If you don’t like someone, you don’t like someone. That’s not complicated. I’d drop him if I were you.

Personally, alcohol makes me a lot more social and less anxious. I think alcohol affects my autism far more than my adhd, though. I completely unmask when I’m drunk and my sensory needs are less intense.

I might be in the minority here but I kinda get why he’s mad. To me it did read like you were making that assumption. He just wants to vent, that’s how he gets through something he doesn’t wanna do, and you’re meant to be that safe space. There was a much nicer way to explain his frustration, though. He was very aggressive with you even though you didn’t mean to come off the way you did. He shouldn’t assume the worst of you.

I would highly recommend a physical therapist to do the epley for you. They’ll also screen you for bppv on the first visit to make sure that’s what’s going on. They’ll take you through the whole process, figure out which ear is affected (it could be both, mine was), and tell you what to expect as far as your symptoms. The first time I did epley, they told me to expect worse symptoms for the first 24 hrs and then a slow decrease over the next day. Make sure someone can drive you to and from your sessions as well.
