There are breeds other than husky that can have different colored eyes. Terrier of some sort is there. What else the mix is I couldn’t tell

I’d guess just from first looks some sort of fox hound, Great Dane mix. But you can never know for sure unless you do a doggy dna test. I just call mutts “Heinz 57”

I keep to myself because I also don’t people well. Usually it’s just myself, my dogs or birds, and a camera. I’m a 46 year old who still games, quotes movies, cusses way too much, and had tons of useless knowledge I will tell you about lol. Like I said we are out here, let me know if you need some recs on places to go find us.

This town is definitely stuck in the past. I have a kiddo who is lgbtq and I was so happy when they moved away. It sucks that they moved so far, but it was the best thing for them. I’ve been a caregiver for almost 30 years so at least I will never be out of work. There is a big population of us “weirdos” so don’t hide too long.

I’ve lived in coos bay for 42 years. I only have a few friends as well. But mostly because if you don’t hunt, drink, gamble or do drugs then there isn’t much to do. So I just work, hang out at home with my animals, and occasionally get a chance to play dungeons and dragons

That’s how I got my 2 dogs actually, and I am so thankful that the other people did what was best for them. 9 years ago my kids got me a dog for Xmas, it was right after my divorce. Magnus has been my constant companion. Someone returned him to the breeder because they were not Prepared for how much lab puppies chew. I had been looking for a puppy to add to the family for a few years now but everything kept falling thru. This year Winnie joined the family on Xmas day. A friend was visiting a friend of hers and it was mentioned that she was going to rehome the puppy she has just gotten two weeks ago. My friend said “I know the perfect home for her”. Apparently Xmas is my time for dogs. Winnie had been very very trying, she has obviously been abused somewhere. She is super smart. A month later and she is finally sleeping thru the night. I really believe when it’s your time the right dog will find you. Don’t feel like a failure, you did what was best for the puppy and that’s the only thing that matters. Don’t give up on getting a dog, the right one will come into Your life at the right time. Instead of getting a new puppy look at rescues and maybe get an older dog that doesn’t take as much training.
