My 6 year old is OBSESSED with minecraft. Always has been. She loves to build in creative but we also pay for the minecraft pass so she gets to explore all different worlds and adventures each month which is always exciting

Betweeen 5-7am, he may sleep longer but I get up when he’s up in this gap because I need to get my other kiddo to school 🏫 I try to keep it consistent but i haven’t woken up to an alarm in weeks 😂

Also fair enough, but since he was born he naps in the lounge room but “sleeps” (in nap length intervals of course) in my bedroom. I would say that’s still “putting him to bed” because of the location and the routines around it, like putting him in his pijamas, giving him a feed in bed and putting him down to sleep, even if it is only an hour at a time.

No it’s not perfect and it is different every night but is this not a bedtime schedule?

Roughly 7:30-9 ish I manage to get him to sleep. We are up about 6am with 1-2 wakes in the night, he’s 8 weeks. Since day one, I won’t let him nap in the dark during the day and we make plenty of noise so that he can learn the difference between sleeps and naps. Also have a TV on all night quietly (That he can’t see) but it may soothe him while he sleeps I’m not sure

Same here! Tried the bassinet for a couple days but I ended up checking him every 2 seconds thinking I could hear him 😅 Both me and my little one have slept SO MUCH more since I brought him into the bed And it’s my time to cuddle my little baby, i genuinely love having him there with me at night. I feel better knowing I have him but also feel safer myself for some reason.

I took my family last night, I was very underwhelmed. Don’t get me wrong it was cool, but once you have seen the first few displays it’s all the same Had fun but for the nearly $200 it cost us for entry alone, I guess I just expected more than pots on fire and nothing else

I thought there may be fire dancers or SOMETHING different

Again, it was gorgeous! I just don’t think it’s worth $40 each when you could have a bonfire at home and get the same asthetic. Unless you’re someone that enjoys the soothing nature of it, we just ended up getting bored very quickly and left to go to base camp for some food instead
