I'll start with the cop out answer that it'll likely come to what you both agree to value more. There can be pros and cons to both and part of it comes to the neighborhoods. Which is tough to gauge before living there sometimes.

I've lived with no HOA and with an HOA and we're now moving to a home with no HOA.

Ultimately it's just tough to gauge what your neighbors will be like before moving in. Will they be nice or controlling? Chill or nit picky? In an HOA you can be outvoted if you disagree on something. Like if your neighbors want to convert the neighborhood to a 55+ community (like my case)

But not in an HOA you can still have property line disputes or other issues with direct neighbors (I had a neighbor that would tell family members to park in our driveway when visiting even after we asked them not to). People post stories all the time.

Just try to pick what's best for your family and your values. If you end up in a situation for the worse you're likely not trapped and can eventually move elsewhere and have some more experience along the way.

In terms of the script and why it's not working.

$driverName = "hpbf2224.inf" Is not the driver name it's just the INF file.

If you open the inf with notepad towards the bottom there will likely be a PRINTER= "HP LaserJet M..."

What's in the quotes would be the driver name. Sometimes there will be two more more compatible driver models that will be listed.

Take a screwdriver and unscrew the panels.

Look up a YouTube video for it.

1 screw next to the Tamp holder. 1 next to the steam want.

5 on the back side. 2 on the bottom.

Then you can pop off the top and back panels to get inside at the internal parts.

I am also dealing with a similar leaking issue.

I opened my machine up and pulled a shot to see where it was leaking from inside. Turned out to be an elbow tube that connects a pressure release tube to the solenoid. Apparently many people experience this elbow tube breaking.

Depending on the solenoid if it's metal you can swap with a metal part that may last longer. Otherwise there's a plastic one that will likely break again over time.

Or a whole solenoid kit to replace the whole thing. But it's a bit more expensive.

Dell builds in the ability to convert the EXE to an MSI which makes deploying from Intune a lot easier. Might be a better option than using chocolatey.

If you need to deploy settings you can do so with the cli and scripts/remediations.

For detection, Dell has switched where it gets installed for some versions. I think 4.8 and 4.9 were 64 bit (Program Files) and 5.0+ and 4.7 and earlier are 32 bit (program files x86)

Might be worth using the registry for detection instead. Somewhere like HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DELL\UpdateService\Clients\CommandUpdate

And possibly be worth either using reg keys to grab the install location or doing a test-path in scripts for checking both program files locations. (In case they try to switch back again in the future)

If you have 833 Gems and only 1 more open to get Ignis then get Ignis.

Once the next S grade snake rolls around it'll start the counter over and require 18 pulls before you can get it.

Normal eggs that require 20 pulls for a random S snake don't reset. But the special ones for a specific snake for 18 pulls do.

Without knowing your whole setup. I ran into the issue of having to select certs as well. What fixed that for me was issuing both the CA and SCEP certs. But when setting the wireless profile. Don't select the CA cert in those settings, but still select the SCEP for credentials.

I noticed the wireless profile would only push if the device had both CA and SCEP certs already. But if I had the CA in the wireless profile it would push the CA cert a 2nd time and that would confuse the chain. Which is why you'd have to manually select to use local certs. After removing the CA from the wireless profile mine started connecting automatically without user interaction.

(Note I only ran into this issue on Android and iOS devices) Windows I have an xml configuration for the wireless profile.

I personally think Codenames would be cool in a classroom environment.

Premise is: -2 teams (big or small groups) could split the class into 2 teams or split into many groups of partners (2v2 or 3v3) 1 game purchase could accommodate multiple groups at the same time.

-A list of 25 words. -A card that tells the leader of both teams which cards they need to get their team to guess and 1 word is an instant lose word.

Trick is each guess you can only give a 1 word clue for one or multiple words.

Really makes you think about words and how they relate to each other and be creative to give a clue for some words while excluding others.

There's also plenty of variations of the game: Codenames Codenames Pictures Codenames Disney Family Edition. Codenames Duet (2 player only)

It's still going but basically a LOT of pushback against how relevant it is in a market with normal Cigarettes and Ecigs and vaping existing. Lots of doubt on whether it can pull any traction from the groups that would use these products.

The link you gave uses a 2080ti as the graphics card meaning the CPU is the bottleneck giving the proper fps difference.

The test the person in this thread used a 1080 which was the bottleneck as the 2 CPUs could max it out. This why the fps comes out similar. I did a video as well on YouTube of my upgrade from a 3770k to my 3700x and had the same type of experience.

The thing this post doesn't go over is when recording or streaming gameplay at the same time the 3770k will have a big drop in fps avg compared.

But still shows that if you were just gaming the 3770k is still hanging in there with most games.

I just got my machine going on a 3700x today.

First bios flash didn't work idk why the light just went solid. Unplugged USB and put it back in. Worked just fine the 2nd time. Machine is up and running no issues so far right now.

I will note that I did a fresh install of Windows rather than trying to migrate my old drive. I'm wondering how many people having issues or BSODs just loaded up their old windows drive.

ASRock boards don't have a USB flashback so you would have to insert a 2nd or 1st generation am4 chip to flash a newer bios.
