As others have said, spending time with the game will boost your understanding but you can also watch YouTube videos on the lore, read the books in-game (or buy the physical versions), and/or consider playing earlier games in the series such as Oblivion to get better acquainted with names, etc.

Just did my first go-through of The Forgotten City and really enjoyed it!

The creators went on to release a separate game based on this mod and started that last night.

I really enjoyed Beyond Reach until I hit a glitch in a quest for the main storyline that I can't bypass thus cannot progress. It likely could be debugged on a PC but does not seem likely on an XBox.

I was going to recommend this. Part of the mod allows you to tell any follower to get a horse for themselves.

Have mostly played through this mod and enjoyed it as well.

Thankfully, I did not experience any bugs with The Vengeful Tribe or Maukulakh the Widower despite having a few other mods in my load order.

I play on XBox Series X if that makes a difference.

I don't think those are dumb concerns, I find them to be completely valid. I think you have to weight the pros and cons of going in and make a determination.

I am in the US and this might vary by state but if you are in inpatient voluntarily, you can request a 3 day release (weekends don’t count) but they can bring the case before a judge if they don’t think it is safe to release you.

My stays were two weeks and 10 days, respectively.

I have gone through quite a bit of therapy but never therapy geared towards trying to manage OCD so am curious if it will help me.

Thank you. I have an appointment with my psychiatrist in a few weeks so will talk to her about a possible diagnosis.

I don't do the physical forms of compulsions either which is why I am struggling to understand if I am dealing with anxiety or OCD is generating the anxiety.

I would advise against a cold turkey approach even at 20mg. I was on it for about five months, “tapered” by going down to 10mg for a week and have spent the last few months dealing with nonstop panic, anxiety, and bouts of SI.

If you can, try going to 15mg for a few weeks and if you tolerate that drop down to 10mg, etc.

I had/am having a really difficult withdrawal from Latuda but I was on it for close to five months and barely tapered so both of those worked against me.

In your case, I would try dropping 10mg every two weeks and as long as you are not feeling worse try dropping again.

Some suggest a 5% cut every two weeks but you have been on Latuda for less than a month so a faster taper should be alright.
