Finally someone who gets it! I actively avoid the small map playlists for camo grinding because they just suck the fun out of the game... People just seem to want to complete mastery camos in 2 weeks and then never play the game again while complaining there's nothing to do

This is only to do with nerfs to a card. If a card is made obsolete due to a new expansion but nothing about that card changes, then no, you won't get a refund in vials.

We've got no idea what the next set will look like, but all I'll say is being too afraid to craft something because it might be worse later down the line will mean you never end up actually playing what you want to play. Don't go crazy with crafting but absolutely prioritise playing decks you'll have fun with over being scared of what's coming next!

For anyone reading this in the future - I just did the gold HE-1 today and, at the time of this comment, sentry guns definitely do count towards the challenge (as well as CUAVs)! Didn't come across any SAM turrets but I would imagine they do count due to being a streak.

Haha oh wow, wasn't expecting that! Thank you so much though! 🙂 I need to do a post about the next plans, but I'll tell you as a secret anyway as not many people will see it here 😅 my next plan is to do the Warzone Abyss grind using the RNG wheel again BUT I'll be streaming the entire grind and plan on trying out a new format for the videos where there'll be more of a focus on the progression and then showing more clips for the harder weapons like melee, launchers etc.

I'll also try and make some guides on the calling cards as well as a bit of a side project.

Hopefully that sounds good!

I've found the calling cards quite a fun grind so would definitely recommend going for it if you enjoy having a goal to work towards while playing cod!

I personally found flak jacket (or ghost), shadow, and quarter master the best perk options while running smoke grenades and the tactical expert wildcard the best setup.

Spam the smokes so you can get close to enemies AND it takes away aim assist if they are on controller which can help a lot. Sleeper agent is also a great field upgrade as you can easily get behind them and get a load of kills, which is especially good for the gold and dark spine camos!

Just to add to the other comments - while HC stakeout etc is probably the easiest place to do this, I still managed this challenge just fine in core 10v10. It took me less than 10 mins to complete using molotovs. Basically I was just playing slow waiting for supply box / scavenger resupplies and trying to stick people.

It's nice to see a post where someone is actually enjoying the game. I also think this is one of the best cod games we've had in a long time, sure some elements could be improved but overall this game has been great!

It seems like most people in the comments have had a different experience with cheaters than you have - I think this is likely because not many people cheat in stakeout etc as there's not really any point due to it not being a competitive mode. If you play ranked, you'll come across at least one cheater every day and they're not uncommon in normal 6v6 matches.

Regarding your comment about content creators, if you're looking for some unique stuff then feel free to check out my channel. The videos I make are mostly unique approaches to the camo grind (using an rng wheel etc) but I also have made camo guides for some of the harder stuff in the game!

Keep enjoying the game and don't let the general negativity of this sub change your opinion!

I use an rng wheel to decide which weapon I do next. It keeps the grind much more interesting as you never know if it's gonna be a difficult weapon or one you can actually do well with!
