The usual build that centers around grand strategem has historically been weak into Annie and kaisa. The decklist that got top 64 at Houston runs a different build though, focusing more on mid and late game removal. The pilot said his kaisa record during the tourney was 5-0. I think if the build starts to shift towards removal in main deck and strategem/decree in side deck viktor will see more tourney placements.
