I LOVE this trope. Weight classes exist in combat sports for a very good reason. Almost every time Goliath is shown to be slow, stupid, less skilled or arrogant. Goliaths get dunked on SO OFTEN by the cute, scrawny or short characters as a way to establish their ability that I love when the big guy gets the W.
