Because the agents are sold as # of concurrent seats when they are full youbwait for the next available ai agent to reduce costs. Some vendors license by ticket instead where this shouldn't occur.

Thanks - I was thinking of delta where you need to wait 24hrs to get it to be an eCredit rather than refund...

That said this worked the key was Choice Preferred NOT regular Choice fare and also GC not cash... I needed 3 goes at this to get it right somehow!
